It's the best of the best this season!Beauty gurus and devotees alike flocked to the suburbs for Nordstrom Oak Brook’s Spring 2012 Cosmetics Trend Show, and, in typical isn’t-our-life-rough fashion, we got the backs of our hands dirty sampling eyeshadows, lipsticks and concealers so you wouldn’t have to. But most importantly, we spoke to the uber-important people behind the brands: Estee Lauder global stylist Rick DiCecca and Chantecaille Cosmetics VP Alex Chantecaille give us the scoop on what’s hot for spring; Julie Macklowe of V Beaute shows us the best in anti-aging cosmetics while Leonard Hinzo of Osmotics Cosmeceuticals gives a slightly more scientific (but still not invasive!) sampling; and Dr. Harold Lancer introduces up to his eponymous skincare line, which we love because of it’s lighting-quick results.
