They say French women know the best tips for beauty—So, what’s the secret?
I think the approach is more about natural beauty radiating from within. The skin is usually clean and healthy. And makeup is kept to a minimum.
Best beauty find abroad?
Avibon. Straight up Vitamin A balm. Fights wrinkles, breakouts and you wake up glowing.
Valentine’s is around the corner. Any spa indulgences?
I consider myself a low maintenance girl when it comes to beauty. I’ve had 2 manicures in my entire life! However, I am a product junkie. I love trying new products, discovering new things that work amazingly and sharing them with others. I am all about quality skincare but not so much the fluff that sometimes comes with it. Plus, I have a few more cult beauty favorites in the works, and we look forward to seeing them on our shelves this spring.
What’s your favorite thing about Le Remède?
The beauty bar concept is our biggest standout feature. Clients appreciate the more upbeat atmosphere in the spa. They can still unwind and relax with various spa services, but it can be done sitting next to their best friend or sister or significant other, with a mimosa or glass of wine in hand.
We love the location! Your West Town haunts?
Thank you! I love it too. An ideal summer evening would be dinner on the patio at Briciola—great date spot or with a few girlfriends)—a walk down the block for some gelato at Black Dog, followed by drinks at Bar Deville. Also, it’s become a tradition with my family to stop at West Town Bakery for some cake balls or cupcakes every time they visit.
We have to ask: Dream Valentine?
A Liam from YourLLBeanBoyfriend.Tumblr.com would make a perfect Valentine!
