THE LURE: With the Holiday Hustle in full swing, we slowed down—way down!—to celebrate the busy season. Meet G&F’s Detox & Retox, a revamped version of our annual Holiday fête to celebrate the season in style—and in health! We invited a crew of G&F fans to the Yoga Six Gold Coast campus for a yoga flow class followed by a night of festive reverie. Guests got situated with mats, towels and custom G&F water bottles before finding their downward dog—and a healthy, happy intention!—for a 45-minute flow class. After we Namaste’d, we popped the Lunetta prosecco and Baderbrau beer and passed tasty Nothing Bundt Cakes and Le Colonial’s coveted spring rolls around to start the Holiday fun retox. Christine Janda of Christine Janda Design & Events laid out a DIY haven for guests to make floral crowns inspired by our Hark! Holiday Fashion editorial. Detox and Retox? Yeah, we’ll take one of both, please! >>
