PARTY: Atelier Azza Birthday Bash
VENUE: Library at The Public Hotel
DATE: Monday, September 10
THE LURE: Glitz and glam on a Monday? Yes, please! Glossed & Found’s D. Graham Kostic teamed up with public relations—not to mention total blonde bombshell!—Monika Dixon to wish local design label Atelier Azza a very happy first birthday to benefit the Chicago Children’s Choir. The designer, Azeeza Khan, debuted her Spring/Summer collection with models stationed throughout the intimate Library of The Public Hotel. Although the event was a star studded crowd sipping Moet—with most attendees sporting their favorite Azza designs—the highlight of the night was when a four foot cake designed by Sugar Hills Bakery was carried in by the Alumni Group of the Chicago Children’s Choir holding sparklers. They crooned the crowd with MoTown hits after. Basically, it was a very glam Monday. >>
