Jul 26, 2012 >> Tom Ford Beauty Cosmetics comes to town and Neiman Marcus stocks up!
The impeccably well-designed (did you expect anything less?) cosmetics line by style icon Tom Ford has set up shop on the Mag Mile—in full force! The entire range of beauty products, from lush jewel-tones for the eyes, lips and nails to high performance skin treatments, is now available at Neiman Marcus Michigan Avenue.
We caught up with Neiman Marcus General Manager Wendy Krimins to weigh in on her favorite products from the line.
ONE >> Shade and Illuminate, $75
This product looks intimidating but once you see how easy it is to use and blend you’ll be hooked. It’s a palette with a white and brown creamy texture. The white is applied to your upper cheekbones to lift and brighten. The brown is applied slightly beneath the cheekbone to define and contour. It slims down the overall appearance of your face and creates great cheekbones.
TWO >> Bronzing Powder in Gold Dust, $90
For an evening out, a quick brush of this bronzer gives a warm touch to the skin and adds a subtle glow.
THREE >> The Brow Sculptor, $42
Brows are an important feature for a finished look. The brow sculptor is a great gadget with a built in brush and sharpener plus it applies a thick or thin line (like a calligraphy pen!). It’s an easy all-in-one tool.
FOUR >> Lip Color Lipstick, $48
The lipstick is long wearing yet incredibly moisturizing. I like a more subdued and natural lip so my favorites are Spanish Pink and Sable Smoke.
FIVE >> Intensive Infusion Concentrate Extreme, $250
I’m really into skin care products and although I’m fortunate to not have dry skin, this high performance treatment is amazing and adds an even more natural radiancy to my skin.
