Debi Lilly

Apr 7, 2012 >> Hip Hop You Don’t Stop! Debi Lilly curates the perfect Easter brunch.

A perfect, pretty nod to spring on your Easter table has never been so simple. Spring into action with these DIY projects that even your little chickies can help out with.

ONE >> Serve up classic European Baked Eggs—in mini pots or in one large baking dish—packed full of season veggies like brocoli, peppers, tomatoes, and if I have my choice, herbs and fresh goat cheese with a healthy sprinkle of black pepper.

TWO >> Fresh wheatgrass with chocolate bunnies tucked inside, peeking through the blades, and surrounded by hints of fresh blooms. Classic easter with a colorful punch!

THREE >> Another great make ahead menu item: Yogurt Parfaits. Chop fresh favorite fruits, layer in color blocked style—plucked right from the runways no less!—and top with Vanilla Stonyfield Farms Yogurt and fresh granola.

FOUR >> Favors dress up guest placesettings and provide a small token to enjoy long after the party has ended. My favorite for the holiday? Tiny nests filled with jelly bean and malt ball candy eggs, pastel gummy worms, and a spring sparrow. Go crazy!

FIVE >> A fast and easy detail on the table: Colorful, painted eggs and Easter candies piled into pretty bowls. Open up the pantry and pull out what you have. Fill with inspired treats and accessories plucked right from the grocery. Easy, elegant decor.

SIX >> Create a collection of floral down the center, using favorite spring blooms arranged in your own personal collections. My favorite is vintage silver in every shape and size. Nothing says spring like a garden of gorgeousness ontop your tables—from dining to kitchen to living room.
