We introduced you to Revae Schneider (aka la Femme Du Coupe) in this week’s G&F Interview. She’s a designer of a different kind. Well, our favorite kind: cocktails! The bright-lipped mixologist taught us some valuable lessons for the perfect ‘tail. We’re sharing her recipe for the delicious drink she mixed up for G&F. Appropriately called Été Framboise. Oh la la, mademoiselle!

Muddle 4 Raspberries, Juice of Half a Lemon and Cilantro. Add 1/2 oz Simple Syrup to sweeten. Add 1 1/2 oz of Bombay Sapphire Gin and 1/2 oz of Domain de Canton. Add ice to shaker and Shake it, Baby! Pour and Cheers!
