Sarca’s Alexis Cozzini shares her Spring Collection favorites
We’re slowly nursing a hangover from Found!’s coverage of Sarca’s Feast on Fashion lunch at Balsan last week—a Fashion Hangover, that is! Showing her favorite pieces from the Spring collections that she’ll be carrying, owner Alexis Cozzini is predicting a very bright Spring. We asked her to dig a little deeper and share her favorite Spring picks (and how to wear them) for the ultimate wardrobe this upcoming season.
ONE >> RUTHIE DAVIS CAKE WEDGE, $848
Ruthie Davis is one of our most coveted shoe lines. Her shoes are statement classics and everyone loves them. I’m usually not a huge fan of the wedge, but I’m drawn to this one because it’s so amazingly high and the neutral color will lengthen anyone’s legs.
TWO >> FINDERS KEEPERS FALLS LIKE RAIN DRESS, $130
What drew me to this piece was the bright coral color and the swingy body. It’s flirty and fun but also a little sexy with the sweetheart bust detailing. I also love the gold button detailing. I would unbutton the top two buttons and pair a short statement necklace with this dress.
THREE >> FINDERS KEEPERS ONE MORE CHANCE TOP & ONE STEP AWAY SKIRT, $95 (TOP) & $110 (SKIRT)
This label is one of my new favorites at SARCA. They create a new collection each month and ship on a monthly basis. We always have something fresh and new from them. I love the bright colors in this ensemble. It proves you can mix loud colors and still look great because the cuts of the top and skirt are still classic. I’d pair it with our bright yellow Viktor & Rolf platform, of course.
FOUR >> THIERRY LASRY ANNALYNNY SUNGLASSES, $345
I’m so excited to receive this new sunglass line for spring. Thierry Lasry is a well-known designer out of France with a huge celeb following (Eva Mendes, Kate Moss, Anne Hathaway, MadonnA). The Annalynny (named after Anna Lynn McCord) is my favorite in the collection. They are a classic shape, flattering on most faces and they kick the tortoise shell design up a notch by throwing in some punchy hues.
FIVE >> ELLA LUNA ANASTASIA DRESS, $290
I Love it because it reminds me of a Stella McCartney piece from a few seasons ago. The look can be beachy, boho and glam all at the same time. I’d wear this with super high wedges and a long gold necklace.
SIX >> JEROME ROUSSEAU ELI MESH BOOTIE, $795
Jerome Rousseau is another new shoe designer for spring. We have four styles shipping but this style, the Eli, is one of my favorites simply for practicality reasons. It’s a mesh bootie! How smart for summer! Now our feet can breathe and we can look sexy at the same time.
SEVEN >> CUT 25 STRAPLESS TECHNO KNIT DRESS, $480
Cut 25 is the newer collection from designer Yigal Azrouel. I absolutely love this line and am so excited to have it in store for spring. Yigal fans will recognize some familiar signature detailing throughout these collections.
EIGHT >> GEORGE ANGELOPOULOS FREEDOM CLUTCH, $1,480
I’ve always loved this deep emerald green color so when I saw this large envelope clutch with deco gold detailing, I had to get it for Sarca. This bag can take you from a daytime luncheon (there’s a hidden chain strap inside) to an evening gala.
