We snagged Camille Parker as our Spotlight this week. The drop-dead gorg chef dishes her beauty finds for us, but we’re sure you want to see her in action behind the scenes. Fear not, G&F fans! We’ve got stuff in the works for Ms. Parker.
But for now, to tide you over, we asked Camille to send us her favorite summertime treat. Our favorite season for uninhibited fun and ‘Sure, I’ll have another!’ is the perfect match for Camille’s fresh Watermelon salad.
And it’s so simple. Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 of ripe, seedless Watermelon in large dices
3 oz Feta cheese
5 large basil leaves, torn into small pieces
5 large mint leaves, torn into small pieces
1/2 lemon, juiced
fresh cracked black pepper to garnish
Gently combine all ingredients for a refreshing, light and quick party dish. And how about that color, huh? It’s like just asking for you to dig right in.
