Summer is just around the corner (we swear we can feel it!) and we’ve hit up some of our favorite places for some summery cocktails that will the basis for a GGT (guaranteed good time).


THE SPICY GINGER CHU-TINI >>
2 Pinches of fresh ginger // 1 level bar spoon of agave syrup //2 oz. of shochu // .5 oz. raspberry vodka // 1 oz. guava // .5 oz. lime juice

Combine all ingredients (& muddle ginger first!) in shaker tin and strain. Use a ginger slice to garnish

PINEAPPLE JALAPENO MARGARITA >>
2 oz. Don Julio Blanco // .5 oz Cointreau // 2 lime wedges // 6 chunks of pineapple // 3 slices of jalapeño // sour mix

Chop one slice of jalapeno into small pieces and add to a cocktail shaker with 5 chunks of pineapple.  Squeeze the two lime wedges into a cocktail shaker and muddle the pineapple and pieces of jalapeno.  Add the Don Julio and Cointreau and shake on ice until fully chilled.  Pour the contents into a cocktail glass and add more ice if necessary and top off with a splash of sour mix.  Garnish with a chunk of pineapple and two slices of jalapeno on a cocktail pick.

THE ESTATE >>
1.5 oz  Grey Goose // 1 lemon wedge // 1 orange wedge // .5 Pomegranate/Cranberry/Strawberry Syrup // 5-8 pieces of Mint // Soda water

Put Orange, Mint, Lemon and Syrup into shaker tin and muddle. Add vodka then ice. Then shake and strain into rocks glass. Top with soda.
